This event is aimed at Quantity Surveyors, Construction/Commercial Managers, Project Managers and Senior Management.

The new Construction Contracts Act 2013 which came into play in July 2016 introduces a new fast track adjudication system to resolve payment disputes and allows parties to suspend the works for money not paid when due.

The aim of the session is to make all contractors and construction professionals aware of the legislation and what it means to the industry and how contracts now need to be administered.
